NBA NBA Thread: Gamble Gate

I knew he couldn't be happy about that. I wonder if he will ever actually play for the Wizards or immediately demand a trade so he's moved before the beginning of next season. Wizards got themselves a problem now.

Lol @ Rich Paul needing to be consulted with for the trade

If you dont have a no trade clause it dont matter. Plus AD has a player option, either opt in and prove you deserve an extension or opt out and test the market in 2027 with everyone else.

He almost has to opt in because its 60 million but he's never going to be happy as a Wizard. All he has to do is prove he can play and teams will jump to sign him but he is ALWAYS injured in some way.

The AD trade frees up cap space for Mavericks to build around Flagg. It's not high risk for Washington they can let Davis go or see if he can give them some value.

I don't see many teams jumping to sign a injury prone player with a maximum contract.

Lol at AD being upset. One of the most hilariously injury prone players in history has made over 400 million dollars and was handed the bubble ring. Guy should be thankful he isn't selling insurance at a strip mall.
