That kid was sitting up there with Sting.

Walter Clayton seemed like the most obvious Miami Heat pick.

He was gone regardless. They’re not going to pay him what he’s going to get. That French can won’t even see minutes this year.
Thats why I wanted Derik Queen, a different guy to change the pace but has ball handling and play making ability instead of Naz Reid's 3 ball

Hey, I am for it. KD started as an SG and they just let him get reps and I think with Flagg's attributes he'll have similar advantages. I'm excited to watch them next year. I'm flip AD for some young pieces if I could but thats just me. I really wish Kyrie was healthy.

Agree about AD but Nico will never do it. He loves AD so much he was willing to give away a 25 year old Luka for him. With Flagg, DLive, Hardy, even PJ and Gaff are still in their 20's, you have the foundation of a young talented team so trading AD to add to it would be incredible. As far as Kyrie, I'm just hoping this knee injury doesn't permanently alter his abilities.

Flagg isnt prospected to be a monster scorer (projected to be high teens early twenties for scoring average), so longer term they’ll need to try and snipe another player to be the secondary or primary scorer. (Flagg is a dominant 2way player).

Kyrie will be 34, his game depends so much on speed and quick lateral footwork to make space for shots and playing under the rim.

He’ll be nice as a rotational player, but I wouldn’t want to play him big minutes in the play offs.

Hes due for a contract extension soon and I imagine he won’t accept less than his ‘perceived’ value (the way he perceives it). I’d try trade him if I was the Mavs.

How would you feel about paying him? Him and Nico seem to be close as well so I could see him staying.

I think that projection for Flagg will end up being incorrect. If he can get 20 as an 18 year old high school aged kid, he's going to be a freaking monster in a few years. He won't even hit his prime for another 5-7 YEARS.

Kyrie signed a 3 year $119 million dollar deal yesterday, he took less than he was owed to free up money for a MLE signing at point guard.

OKC would’ve drafted Traore if he fell me thinks.

Flagg has great upside for scoring though, even if he isn't coming in as a great ball handler, its good enough. He's getting comps to Kahwi, Tatum, Pippen, and Siakam. The only guy who isn't an elite scorer there is Siakam.

I think Flagg is an amazing prospect and perfectly suited to the modern game. But you said yourself, his low end scoring average potential could be 15PPG.
