These two have had words before on the court, with Booker correcting Ayton on what to do on certain plays. Both have agreed to hold players accountable, but this felt different.

Both are making around 10m and are on multiple year deals. Delly doesn’t even play anymore outside of garbage time and Henson is injured until at least the all star break, before that he was playing 13 mpg this year. All of the starters except Giannis are FAs next year so shedding that salary is huge. Hill has a 19m option next year that obviously won’t get picked up, but he’s an upgrade over them for the rest of the year. Had to throw a pick in or nobody would take those contracts. Cavs are tanking obviously so I think its a fair deal for both
