Yeah, so that was a combination I had to check out. I'm digging it though. Seems an odd combo, but somehow it works.

You'll have to forgive the obvious low production values. It's an indie band

What do you think?

Bunch of slack jawed, Kenny G fans in here. This stuff will make you a goddamn sexual tyrannosaurus.

Bluegrass is the shit, this combination makes a lot of sense. Bluegrass are the original shredders.

Kinda reminds me of the Hayseed Dixie hillbilly tribute to AC/DC

Get rid of the banjos and acoustic and it would be ok.

I don't know whether I should headbang or stomp my foot.

I have this and another cd I got about 10 years ago when I was still buying physical media. It's called Fade to Bluegrass and is an album of a bunch of Metallica covers done in a bluegrass style.

Yeah get rid of the Bluegrass and you might have a decent band

That One cover is bad ass particularly the intro.

Dont like the vocals but the rest is dope. I like a lot of punk/bluegrass stuff like gallows bound

Shit's hot.

It's just the blues at a fast tempo.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the banjo was the #1 cool instrument in the black community. At least here in Virginia.

Banjo is an underrated instrument. It's not like guitar where you can just learn a couple chords and play something even if rudimentary. But when someone is really good on one they're really impressive.

I think between the buried and me has elements of bluegrass in many of their songs
