"A Texas judge recently threw out a lawsuit filed on behalf of Nate Diaz’s former agents after she deemed it had no merit in “The Lone Star State,” seeing as how the Stockton slugger has never competed there.

The Ballangee group — based out of Dallas — insisted Diaz dropped them like a bad habit shortly after they helped him earned a record payday of $2 million after his rematch against Conor McGregor at UFC 202, which he lost via decision, leaving the group high and dry with no monetary gain to show for their services.

On the heels of the dismissal, the Ballangee Group’s attorney Jason Friedman of Friedman & Friedman Attorneys At Law, issued a statement to MMA Mania stating that they will not tap out and plan to pursue the lawsuit in other states.

The Court dismissed the case for lack of personal jurisdiction, while it was my Client’s position that Diaz had availed himself to be sued in Texas; unfortunately the Texas Court did not share the same view. However, the Court’s ruling has no effect on the merits of the case and my Client does intend to vigorously pursue its claims in another venue whether it be California or Nevada and is looking forward to its day in Court.

Diaz hasn’t competed since UFC 202 — thanks in large part to his huge payday — and has allegedly rejected plenty of fight offers from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) president Dana White.

That said, he may be gearing up for a return later this year according to some rather direct tweets. And it’s a good thing, too, as he could have to pay his attorney a hefty sum for his upcoming court battles.

And it’s no coincidence this other superstar is preparing for his long-awaited return, as well."

Insane lol

His toughest opponents yet are.....

I have a feeling he will get in trouble for his taxes as well. Diaz brothers just arent smart enough to understand taxes and would gladly buy weed instead of "wasting" their money on an accountant.

Lol he speaks pretty well for someone with obvious learning disabilities, and that's not a stab at him... just a nurse noticing patterns.
