Mnday throught thrusday ii have a 2 hour work out weights , conditionaning,tech etc... Monday through thursday i also have a 2 hour wrestling practice Mondya i have 2 hour mma and sundays ? SHould i ass more
Its not a questoin of how much time you are working out? Its more about Quality..You could have a great workout in 15min if one wanted too.. Sometimes its asking the question..Do I need less? How much more effiecient can I be relating to the time I spend working out?
