My Haunted House.

Ronnie is either dead, or is doing a Benny Blanco gimmick. Other than Paranormal Activity type footage, those are the only two options to make this thread successful, imo.

Even if it was BS , i was looking forward to his story .

Just in time for Halloween even

Okay, you are freaking me out, Skyler. I just saw this about 10 seconds ago, in the Heavies.

I think we can all say that Ronnie is officially gone.

Ronnie is probably busy using a stick to draw symbols and letters in the dirt to show us. Either that or he's locked down there in the boarded up room. Could go either way really.

Anyone remember the story of the old pre-civil war plantation house with underground tunnels where a young man was being watched through a peep hole?

Ronnie is sitting in front of his computer, wrapping his fingers, saying "Fuck... these fuckers believed it. All these views. Now I've gotta come up with some updates. What can happen next?"

They were passageways through the walls. And all his shit was disappearing? The one where the flashlight shines on the eye and police find a dead guy?

Very strange, TS. I'm definitely a believer in this kind of stuff so I can't say I don't think you're crazy or just imagining things.

Just wondering though, how come one room in your basement is all boarded up? have you ever been in there?

I remember many years ago after my parents split up, I lived with my aunt for a while. Anyway, me, my dad and my brother moved back to an old apartment we used to live in when I was a little kid, only next door from the old unit I lived in. So, my new room was right next to my old one when I was little.

We didn't have any furniture yet so I had to sleep on a air mattress, I remember just laying there and it felt like somebody was rubbing the side of my face. I would look and nobody was there, then I would lay my head back down and it would happen again. It was really creepy, almost like a 'welcome home' kind of thing.

I say that because when I used to live there when I was young, some very creepy stuff happened. Something to do with 'shadow people' and such, so that's why I said it's kind of like a welcome home. It's the very first thought that came to mind when that weird feeling on the side of my face was happening, it really felt like someone was rubbing the side of my face.

I can explain the thing about the shadow people if anybody wants to hear it, it just might be a little long is all.

Explain shadow people, I thought they were just quick movements you see and never really do anything else

Alright.

So, I had bunk beds at the time, my brother was on top bunk and I was on bottom bunk. But for some reason, that night I was asleep on the top bunk and so was my bro (no homo) I was a little kid, dammit!

Anyway, we were asleep and my bro used to always sleep with his baseball bat for some strange reason. We both happen to wake up at the same time, and we both looked over towards our closet and we see this very, very tall black figure. Looked to be like it was wearing a hood, think of it like those grim reaper looking guys in Lord of the Rings.

I started crying, it was slowly moving closer. Mind you, the room is pitch black but you can PERFECTLY see this figure slowly moving towards you. So, as it was, I was crying and then it felt like I was pulled off the bunk and fell to the floor.

My brother had his baseball bat and started swinging it, then shortly after my dad came in the room and turned on the light and there was nothing in the room with us, of course.

What's really strange is that my bro's baseball bat was broken, there was no damage on the walls or anywhere on the railing of the bed, it was just broken for some reason. I know it sounds crazy and probably unbelievable, but I can say that we truly saw something that night.

Eventually, few years later, we moved into a house. I remember walking back from my friends place and I looked down the side of the house into the backyard of my place and I saw a black figure standing there, this time wearing like a Freddy Krueger hat, but not literally, just the best example. Like a small top hat? I don't know, it was just before dark, so the sky was like a dark blue and all.

I tried to not think anything of it, I was trying to tell myself I'm just imagining things. That's the last time that I saw it, thankfully. I hope I never see anything like that again because it was the scariest moment in my life, I'm almost 21 now and even still to this day I can say that I really believe that my brother and I saw something that night.

Then as I said, my parents split and me, my bro and my dad moved back to that same apartment building but next door, my new room being beside my old room and that weird rubbing feeling on the side of my face and how I thought of it like "welcome home".

Ever since that night when I was a kid, as much as a bitch I seem like, I make sure to sleep with some sort of light on. I always keep the closet door closed. I remember when I was living back in the apartment after my parents split, I would forget about keeping a light on and leaving my closet open and just looking into it and just thinking I saw the shape of the figure and it would make me gasp for air and I would be freaked out.

Yeah, sounds kind of crazy but it is what it is. I think that most people have very strange things happen in their lives that they just can't explain but they know what they saw.

So, no, shadow people aren't just 'quick movements' or whatever, they're something that it's like.. they want you to see them sometimes. Not everybody gets this in their life, but it stood right there in front of me, walked towards me, and next thing I know I'm on the floor from the top bunk crying my eyes out. I know that I didn't roll off the bed because I was sleeping near the wall and my bro was on the outside.

Wish it never happened, just writing this makes my eyes water.

Here's a pic of what I'm really talking about, the one the right is the first one I saw, and the 2nd one is the one I saw down the side of my house in the backyward just standing there. These are very, very accurate. They're very tall, darker than the darkest room and they're the scariest things you could probably ever see in life if they happen to show themselves to you.

It's crazy that this happened when I was so young, and then many years later, I read stories about other people seeing them. That's the creepiest part to me.

I have heard weirder than that and seen a few things that just could not be explained. My grandfather was a medicine man and used to tell us stories that would make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. It was explained to me about shadowy figures were otherworldly and if you saw or encountered one to ignore them if possible as they are usually there to watch you and they could get your scent and follow you anywhere for as long as they desired. I believe your encounter That209 was supernatural and hopefully that sort of stuff has stopped happening to you.

TS it's funny how in the United States this is considered paranormal and in other parts of the world it's seen as supernatural. I think you should listen to your dogs and find other dwellings ASAP. Dogs and cats are more attuned to the environment than we are, so listen to you pets because they see things and sense things most people are incapable of doing.

WTF.... those shadow people sound exactly like the type my ex used to see all the time. I always assumed it was some sort of mental thing, but she would tell me stories how as a little kid she would see these shadowy figures that would follow her around. Her mum told me this story where she found her sitting in a hallway staring at the walls and when she asked her what she was doing, she replied that she was playing with her friend. When asked where this friend was she responded that he was right next to her.

Now I thought it was like the usual imaginary friends you get as a little kid, but lots of creepy shit seemed to go on. She always swore that it was real but I always was a bit skeptical.

This is true, TS.

Dogs can see things that we can't, my dog used to walk around my place perfectly fine until a few months ago, now for some reason he barks all night while looking down the stairs and he's scared to walk through the hall way by himself. I try to think nothing of it, but he never used to do it so it makes you think.

Your story (TS) sounds very creepy though, something to do with that basement just doesn't seem right at all. I'd get the hell out of there, man. Fuck that shit.

It's different for everybody, but I can say that I believe her because of my own personal experience. It's like these 'shadow people' will only show themselves to certain people.

If I had never saw this weird shadow person or whatever when I was young, I wouldn't believe the stuff other people say about it either. You have to see it to believe it, I wish I never saw it. It definitely wasn't a friend of mine.

I never believe those stupid ghost hunter shows, paranormal crap, you can't run around with a video camera and expect to see these things. You see them when they want you to see them, it's like it's directed to certain people. Some people will see it many times in life, others won't see it at all, but they're there.

Creepy shit, man.
