Limelight My big stupid hype trains thread.

The AMC Fight Night middleweight champion is scheduled to take part in a kickboxing bout in Moscow next month before joining the Russian army just a few days later. Mineev will fight with the Brazilian Fernando Rodrigues. I think that the FKR (Russian Kickboxing Federation) Pro belt will be at stake in the fight?

Fight already happened, he's apparently in Donetsk now.

Gabriel Santos

Country - Brazil
Weight Class - Featherweight
Age : 26
Promotion - LFA
Team - Evolucao Thai
Record : 10-0

We're officially entering holy shit territory with this dude. He'd already showed chin, heart, BJJ and a great comeback against Ticocto and now he faces Jose Delano in the final and to be honest he made it look pretty easy.

Anyone familiar with Delano's recent run knows that it's not easy at all, but Santos' pressured the pressure fighter, out paced the pace machine and threw fast and accurate combos all night before finally melting Jose with a body shot.

Next fight is surely in the UFC.

In Grand Prix of Nashe Delo Kabardiev will face the winner of Alexander Grozin-Mohammad Heibati.
Also in another thread I mentioned that Islam Dulatov might be signed to UFC soon, but at Tapology he is fighting Patrick Spirk at March 11.

I think Dulatov probably gets on the Contenders this summer.

Oh and of the regionals at the weekend the most impressive fighter to me was Isaac Moreno who looked really fucking good. I think he gets into a big promotion this year.
