Limelight My big stupid hype trains thread.

Midaev going up to 145?

Risky fight.
Have you seen last interviews of Shara? Regarding him and friends throwing eggs at girls in mini-skirts in Dagestan (and shooting it on camera) years ago and him being among guys who arrived at hotel at which McGregor stayed in Russia to beat him for his words about Dagestan.

Lol I saw the bit about the eggs. I love the dude but I think he might be retarded.

UAE Warriors next show is going to be one to keep an eye on.

Mega talent Amru Magomedov headlining against Jumaev for the LW belt.
Veterans Timur Valiev and Raulian Paiva in the co-main.

Renat Khavalov also coming back from a long lay off cant wait to see him fight again.

Shouout to UAE Warriors for always putting together these good shows before the UFC abu dhabi card.

Wang Cong and Abdullo Khodzhaev worth keeping an eye out for too

@Hellowhosthat

Fairly high profile HW match at LFA soon, Eduardo Neves vs. Hugo Cunha - which disappointing HW will right their ship?

Just doing the post CS rankings. Gonna post them one division at a time as taking a little longer to do but back to normal in future.

Strawweight

1. Fatima Kline - 23/USA/4-0
2. Maria Silva - 27/Brazil/9-1

23. Sarah Orozco - 32/Mexico/8-5
24. Caroline Gallardo - 27/Chile/9-4
25. Brenda Gottig - 32/Argentina/7-1

Not huge changes at 115. Knutsson and Polastri are both finally in the UFC having being towards the top of the rankings for ages (with Knutsson being #1 for quite a while before Kline overtook her) and other than that we were right to the low end of the rankins for Marnic Mann getting signed for some reason.

Added a few younger fighters coming up in Bertolso, Navarette and Mauldin as well as a couple of more experienced girls who are now solid regional champs in Dalisda and McCormack.

Flyweight

1. Stephanie Geltmacher - 33/USA/5-1
2. Melissa Amaya - 27/USA/6-0
3. Qihui Yan - 27/China/24-4
4. Alexandra Tekenah - France/3-1
5. Assia Miri - 20/France/2-1

11. Karoline Martins - 25/Brazil/9-5
12. Dee Begley - 28/Ireland/4-2
13. Fernanda Munoz - 27/Colombia/8-2

Not much change here, tried to beef it out by adding Consuli, Begley and Munoz but can't get anywhere near 25. Division is still reeling from UFC clearing out the regionals earlier in the year.

Bantamweight +

1. Jasmine Favero - 23/Italy/3-0

3. Firuza Sharipova - 29/Kazakhstan/3-0

14. Daniya Toychubek - 21/Kyrgyzstan/7-0
15. Mark Climaco - 25/USA/9-2
16. Davi Bittencourt - 28/Brazil/14-4
17. Andres Luna Martinetti - 28/Ecuador/14-1
18. Imran Bukuev - 27/Russia/15-3
19. Eduardo Henrique - 27/Brazil/11-2
20. Nyamjargal Tumendemberel - 25/Mongolia/8-0
21.Dias Erengaipov - 28/Kazakhstan/14-3

Not too much change here. Vallejos wasn't quite ready for DWCS and drops a bit although I still believe in him. Hyder Amil managed to get himself a contract. Ferreira got caught with a head kick but I think he'll be fine and Smielkowski didn't look good so drops out.

Abdullo is very talented and on this card vs another young and seemingly legit prospect. Abdullo is flashy fun, fast, explosive, dynamic kicks, solid wrestling, big for 155 and young.

Renat Khavalov and Amru Magomedov are two of the best prospects in the world in their divisions.

@Hellowhosthat check out Yryskeldi Duysheev and Sanzhar Zakirov, they're both really good and have comparable records to many on your list.

Danny Barlow and James Llontop managed to get themselves into the UFC and Lazy King ended up in PFL after fucking Fernand didn't tell him about a UFC offer.

Still think this is the best division on the regionals right now. The guys even at the bottom end of the rankings are very good.
