BJJ - 1.5 Hours
1.5 Hours of grappling last night. First time in a couple of weeks, but I felt pretty good. Back didn't hurt. I'm definitely out of shape - amazing how quick that happens. WE worked on some basic butterfly guard, then 30 minutes of grappling. I was moving slow, thinking too much instead of reacting. Need to get in there more often for sure. Hopefully I can stay healthy.
This weekend I'd like to go throw on Sunday, but we have tickets to the Huntington Beach Beer Festival this weekend, so may not make it. Ventura Highland Games is 2 months away, I really need to start squeezing in some throwing.
