Gastelum, Whittaker, Adesanya all probably get destroyed if they moved up to LHW aswell. What's your point? Fact is Santos and Smith aren't MW's anymore so your argument is redundant. You say about guys like Smith but Adesanya, Kelvin probably wouldn't have victories over guys like Gus or Oezdemir if they moved up like he has.
