Muscle Milk servings question

I like to take two servings of muscle milk on the day's i work out, one on the day's i don't..i cut it with whey on the day's i don't work out. I was wondering if i should even take it on my off days because i only work out 2-3 day's a week.
 
I would probably ask what type of results you're looking for, and are you achieving those results. If you want to lose weight, but aren't, then cut out the MM on the off days. If everything is going fine, then I wouldn't change a thing.
 
I'm looking to bulk and i do bulk pretty good with mm but i grow unwanted fat with the muscle and i'm only 175 6'1
