Multi-Vitamins

But no suggestions on brands? Does it even matter? I think mega man vits have extra shit in them like Niacin or something.

I've heard bad things about calcium supplements and heart issues. All I take right now is vitamin d in the winter, but I'm not necessarily a good example.

Bacon, pussy, and fish oil. Literally the only "vitamins" you could ever need (deadsrs)

Every pill contains like 1000% daily intake. No reason to take 2, you literally just piss them out. It's all water suable stuff, at worst it's a tiny waste of money.
Shit diet and I like the vibrant piss.

Vitamin D during the winter
Zinc every other nights
Basic multivitamin at breakfast

Been more interested recently, mostly cause a youtube creator I watch is sponsored by a customizable vitamin company.

Too much vitamins is bad and food should supply most if not all of what we need but a little boost could help... A lot of people think vitamins will somehow counter their terrible daily choices and habits...

My md says you just pee it all out anyway. So I'm not sure. I try to take them a few times a week.
MD should have instead told you you need to combine certain vitamins together because they need each other for proper absorption. I've never seen a reference chart on this, but picked up on bits and pieces from various articles.

You don't need vitamins unless you are deficient. Don't fall for some advertising bullshit from the vitamin industry. You will not live healthier or longer by taking a multi-vitamin.

Waste of money.

According to a recent thread on Sherdog, there's not even a point to living past 30. Best to avoid vitamins or any supplement that extends your life beyond that point.

Take multis, omega3s, Calcium/Magnesium, vitamin c, greens. That's my concoction anyway. Oh and I also take ginko & ginseng.

Eat multivitamins with a big meal and they will not run through your system. Your body will absorb more of the vitamin content. Pretty food considering its condensing and making lazy what should be intentional dietary variance.

when Onnit first came out I bought the package that included everything, this was about 10 years ago now
felt like most of the stuff didnt really do anything

of course im 35 now and I see the difference, I was actually considering going to the doctor and asking about TRT. Im full of energy now and work out every day

im on dat gasrlic pills for all readons, fish oil for omegas, a multi for hair skin and naisl, and l-thanine to syta chill

Opti-Men multivitamin, D3, zinc, fish oil, magnesium. I've been regularly taking it for about three weeks and I've noticed a difference.

Athletic greens, om mushroom blend, turmeric, vitamin d

I take a bunch of vitamins and supplements. The placebo effect they give me makes up for the cost.

I've never taken a vitamin of any kind and felt any different afterward.
