Hi everyone,
I did a lot of research on incorporating some gym routines to complement my Muay Thai trainings, which are 3x a week, but want to hear your opinion and experiences on Crossfit.

My man aim is to work on conditioning, strenght and general body shaping, as with Muay Thai, I'm fairly skinny.
I was considering 5/3/1 with Boring but big, but now I also looked into Crossfit and that seems like it could more complement my Muay Thai regime in all aspects, mainly conditioning and strenght.

Opinions, ideas ? Cheers !

Because read the FAQ because

TheFAQ said:
Q: What/who is crossfit?

A: CrossFit are at least somewhere along the right path. They generally focus on compound lifts (squats, deads, oly lifts etc) but are often criticized for their lack of planned progression and their frequent use of Olympic lifts for high reps which can lead to form breakdown. They follow a different workout each day and tend to focus more on conditioning than on max strength. While they are better than the vast majority of machine based, cookie cutter routines, we believe that there are better ways to train. To learn more go to Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness

This has to be one of the most level-headed responses by a dude who just started a thread on crossfit and was told to read the FAQ.

Good luck with your goals.

Uh attend your MT class more. Thatll get you in the proper shape quicker then any CF class could with the beneift of working your skill even more. Run or jump rope for additional workouts, if you want to lift choose a better routine (starting strength, stronglifts).

You are worried about being too skinny, don't do crossfit the conditioning wont do alot to help build muscle 5/3/1 BBB sounds perfect for you and thats coming from some1 who trains under a crossfit certified trainer whom uses crossfit work outs for conditioning.
