Movies with black antagonists?

Small role but I think you can count Bob Sapp in Izo.

truth be told hes just trying to have sex, it isnt his fault white wives are into him... But of course he is villainized for doing what any single man would.. I feel like the girls are actually more to blame... but whatever ..

Precious, Kill Bill, Training Day, Juice, Rocky I, II, III, Black Panther... off the top of the head

Hey, let's not jump to conclusions. We know yamakas make shadow rage but that doesn't necessarily mean black guys send him off the deep end
his short lived "white people are better at running countries" thread says otherwise... as do many of his post

In at least one of them he was a sidekick (D'jango)

Django lol? Did you miss Leo?

He's viewed as the secondary antagonist, but he's the only one that actively does anything against the protagonists. He's like the "Darth Vader" character of the movie. He's second in command, but the real villian.

Leo's character actually never does anything to any of the protagonist characters and is actually a very friendly and graciuos host to both Schultz and Django. He only acts out on behalf of Stephen's information about their trickery and is immediately killed.

Stephen is the one that beats and locks up Broomhilda for running. The one that spies on Schultz and Django. The one that takes Broomhilda hostage and captures Django. The one that leads the guards against Django at the end of the movie.

Idris Elba was technically the antagonist in the live action CGI Jungle Book remake

For example, you can root for Alonzo in Training Day, you can root for Killmonger in Black Panther. You can root for Clubber in Rocky. This is because their characters are ambiguous. They are not true evil like John Doe from Se7en. You can't really root for John Doe or Pale Face in Pan's labyrinth
Killmonger wanted to commit genoicde. Just because he has good reasons does not mean he is some ambiguous character.
