I've never cared whether tits are fake or not.

And here I thought I was the only man on the planet with this mindset. When did we become "too good" for fake tits? Is it the cry for attention that it represents? Tons of people do things for attention, boobs are hardly the worst of it. I mean, as long as the surgeon didn't operate during an earthquake, they tend to look just fine. (Not always, of course, but usually.)
