The problem with most boil & bite mouthguards is that they fall off your teeth when you open your mouth. Customs fit like a glove but they're really expensive. This is what I use and it is the best of both worlds: A tight fit and not too expensive ($20)

customguards .com made mine and I love it it fits great and easy to breath in. If you spend alot of money on one piece of equipment a mouth guard should be it imo
