I was trying to find stats for most significant head strikes absorbed per fighter, but it's almost impossible. These were some fighters I found were all-time greats for SApM.

(Note: the top 3 are probably all mostly due to their fights with the CTE GOAT Holloway inflating their stats)

Justin Gaethje 7.18

Brian Ortega 6.59

Calvin Kattar 6.55

Max Holloway 4.74

Dan Hooker 4.72

Marvin Vettori 4.68

Dustin Poirier 4.57

Donald Cerrone 4.48

Tony Ferguson 4.37

Nate Diaz 3.77

Anthony Pettis 3.44

Diego Sanchez 3.02

Frankie Edgar 2.82

Feel free to add more.

I really thought Vettori would be right at the top, every fight he is a punching bag, he is so slow and flat footed and can't get out the way, he takes so many flush shots in every single fight. His chin is amazing, never ever been KO'd or finished with strikes, he has a world class chin, but yeah he can be a real punching bag in there.

I think its possibly because he has been in much less 5 round fights than guys like Holloway so they have more octagon time to take strikes, but I feel like if Vettori was constantly in 5 round fights like Holloway that he would be top, because he don't roll with punches or slip punches at all, and Holloway can do that.

I was told that Vettori has the record for most strikes absorbed in a single fight, in his fight with Cannonier.

To be fair he actually utilizes head movement which is elite for MMA striking standards, sure he ate some rockets from Allen but he had moments where he looked like Pernell 'sweet pea' Whittaker in there

Sanchez was takin more hits than that during his upside down human punching bag training lul

I recall Justin Gaethje ranting about the dangers of Power Slap during an interview with top MMA journalist Nina Drama, yet here it says he absorbs the damage equivalent of ~2.4 slap matches per minute. Apologies for being blunt, but I sure hope he didn't spend all his earnings building that glass house he lives in.

Honestly, the UFC should at least employ some catchers for the safety of the fighters. This is sad.

This is such a serious subject that he's not even speaking Patois right now

I figured the Canadians would already understand and agree; no need to speak in their native tongue. It's the people of my adopted home country who are in need of some deep reflection on what fighter safety actually is. #NotOkUSA

Everyone here is so worried about fairy tales like the Epstein list or climate change that they forget about the things that actually matter.

That's is a proper CTE list. I would count Vettori out though, while he absorbs damage he doesn't really have a brain.
