Most intimidating fighter past or present?

Death metal people are not intimidating at all? They make crappy noise that passes off for music because enough of their fan base want to appear edgy by listening to what sounds like people vomiting on a microphone.. Leave that crap out? They have a look and appearance that appeals to edgy rebellious teens but that's all it is.

Thiago Silva? What a joke. Bitch-slapping while on drugs...

Fighters who use drugs are so scary. Gasp!

Most fighters were scared of a. Silva except a real American (Weidman).

Pfffft...this guy.

Don Frye on virtue of voice and mustache.

Thiago Silva. That's one scary dude.

Jacare looks like a bond villain's muscle.

And of course Wanderlei.

Mirko Cro Cop.

There was just something about him back in PRIDE

Anderson at Vitor weigh ins

or round 2 vs Okami.

Sorry if others mentioned those

Something about Oleg Taktarov always scared the living shit out of me.

Please. Probably the least intimidating of all, hell the guy doesnt even look opponents in the eyes. If you are talking aura, that is not the same.

you obviously know more than fighters who were interviewed and said specifically how his demeanor were the most frightening of all.

I never thought Fedor looked intimidating at all. I remember seeing his name on the #1 P4P and looking at his impressive record. Then when I saw a picture him him, I thought it was some sort of joke, or perhaps I looked at the wrong guy. But that was before I saw him fight.

Most intimidating looking is probably PRIDE Wanderlei. He looked like someone who didn't care whether you lived or died. Thiago has always looked intimidating too imo.

And Alistair Overeem, for obvious reasons.

mma or all combat sports or sports in general?

Mike Tyson.

I think that is exactly why he was so frightening. Several opponents pointed out that they had a strange feeling standing before him.

Pride Wanderlei
Thiago Silva
K1 Ubereem
Evangelista Cyborg
Melvin Manhoef
Tyrone Spong
Gilbert Yvel
Alexander Emelianenko
Igor Vovchanchyn
K1 Hunt
Randleman
Aldo

The most intimidating fighter I've ever seen was when Iron Mike made his entrance against Spinks. That music, more like a noise that he came out to the ring with was fucking intimidating, and I never saw a fighter (Spinks) look as scared as he did waiting for Mike walking to the ring. The second most scared looking fighter would have to be Zulu when The Last Emperor made his way to the ring. When the camera pans to Zulu while Fedor is approaching, you actually see him physically shake with fear. Fedor looks intimidating as hell when he made that long walk back in the day.. The no emotion dead eye look to me is far scarier than dudes who do the opposite mad dog approach.

Wanderlei was always known as the most intimidating fighter back in pride, stories of other fighters being scared of being in the same elevator as him and such so for that you ewould have to say him
personally fedor had a scary auro about him, but his bro alex to me alwa looked the scariest. Huge dude death looking eyes, spent time in Russian prision, giant tattoo of the grim reaper on his back holding a baby and the baby holding a knife to the grim reapers throat, I know tattoos alone don't make you intimidating but that is one scary ass dude

I think it's Fedor Emelianenko. His emotinaless gaze, would be so unnerving.
