Most intimidating fighter past or present?

damn.

Thiago Silva.

To me, where he's from, how he grew up, how he looks, how skilled he is, and his in-cage rage that seems like if the ref. left, the guy would really do damage.

Funnily enough, a pretty nice guy, if you'd believe it.

But he caught you fucking his wife, it'd be so bad, oh man.

Tank Abott back in the day.

Extremely powerful and dangerous and looked like he'd just beat you up for fun. Also, he'd probably be drunk too just add to his instability.

Looks wise?

Alistair Overeem
Jeff Monson
Aleksander Emelianenko
Ricardo Morais
Cheick Kongo
Andrei Arlovski
Antonio Silva
Bob Sapp
Wanderlei Silva
Hector Lombard
Thiago Silva

Mark Kerr before Igor broke him was a destroyer of men.

You may be surprised to know I still listen to amorphis every now and then when I am lifting though. Drowned Maid is one of the greatest metal songs ever written.

I can do dark, broody, even with a splash of violence. Can't do the evil dark "everyone picks on me" metal though.

I'll check out the song you linked always open to new things!

You might have listened to the wrong kind of "metal" aka nu-metal which is really closer to rap than metal. There are a lot of very different sub-genres.

If you like Amorphis you might want to check out some Anathema, Katatonia, Paradise Lost, Sentenced, Insomnium, Opeth... There's a lot of good metal out there if you take the time to delve into it :D

Please. Probably the least intimidating of all, hell the guy doesnt even look opponents in the eyes. If you are talking aura, that is not the same.

"The best when it comes to the staredown is Fedor Emelianenko. Watch him: he does not make eye contact and his entire expression is extremely relaxed - you would think he is about to perform a ballet or something.

"But here is the crucial thing. When the referee tells them to head back to their corners, Fedor suddenly darts a short look directly at his opponent - or through his opponent, I should say.

"This kind of look is associated with antisocial behavioural disorders and psychopaths. They don't look at you, they look through you. It's emotionless, it goes deeper than skin level.

"You will get a lot of fighters who will catch that look and suddenly realise they don't want to be there.

"Wanderlei Silva has a stare-down that makes you think 'this is gonna hurt', but Fedor's makes you think 's---, I might die'."

It's pretty sad you guys copy and paste some bullshit from an unknown psychologist

HWs like Overeem, Lesnar, JDS, Velasquez, Hunt, and prime Cro Cop. How the fuck is Wandy more intimidating than HW monsters?

Because think about him in an actual street fight, man.

Maybe you don't go out drinking a lot or whatever (and don't it's bad) but if you do frequent bars and clubs have you never seen a little crazy dude beat the fuck out of someone twice their size? It happens. Better yet have you ever seen a TRAINED mma fighter, even just an amateur fighting in the street?

Now imagine Wanderlei who is NOT little. Prime Wand = thick, solid, tight......joocy even.

Wanderlei seeing red in a street fight? I'm pretty sure he could beat the fuck out of 500 of me at once. I can't even imagine I wouldn't even want to see him hurting normal people.

Just because someone is not above 230 lbs doesn't mean they can't seriously hurt people.
