Id say Cain is #1.

Black Beast, Overeem, Browne, Arlovski and Ngannou are other intimidating HWs, Rumble is about the only intimidating fighter at 205, there isnt really anyone intimidating at 185, Lawler is about the only intimidating welterweight and below that none are intimidating.
