overeem vs bigfoot, rothwell and browne
Because we'd never seen Shogun get his ass handed to him like he did against JJ. He was never the same after that.Lol how is losing to an arguable GOAT the most humiliating?
I gotta say Mcgregor/Khabib. The Mcgregor /Aldo loss was definitely really bad, but Aldo went on to still have lots of success. An interim title which was promoted to an undisputed title, lots of wins and performance of the night bonuses. Also he’s stated he has no ill will and wishes McGrgeor the best of luck in his career.
With Khabib/McGrgeor, Mcgregor talked unreal amounts of shit, insulted Khabibs fighting style, his record, his religion, his country, his wife, his family, his team, his coaches. Khabib then demolished Mcgrgeor both on the feet and on the mat. After getting the dominant win humiliating McGregor, he then humiliated his team when he flying hammer fisted his top training partner. Since then McGregors career has been a joke full of late night drunk tweets and more humiliating losses. Every time Khabibs name is brought up McGregor explodes into a lie filled rant to pathetically and transparently trying salvage his ego and image.
Wow, never seen anyone completely make shit up quite so convincingly. Shit man, Conor even took a round.
Please explain which parts I completely made up.

Khabib/Conor
no one has ever talked more trash than conor did before that fight and he ended up getting dismantled and finished.
Shogun vs Jones

Yeah I agree in a sense, but yeah Aldo was definitely embarrassed and you could see it, especially since everyone knows that Aldo is much better than that. If he was some average fighter, nobody would care. And yes, it always funny to me that Aldo left a visible cut on Conor considering he was flatlined at the same exact moment. Truly a one of a kind fight. Embarrassing or something else…Conor’s win might be the most spectacular and simultaneously foolish win/loss in title fight history, but I’d argue not the most “embarrassing.”
Conor (like Jorge against Askren however many years later,) used plenty of tape to plan what ended up being a very well executed strategy.
All that said, my opinion only holds up in hindsight; and I bet that Aldo did feel embarrassed AsF for a while.
Side note: Did you notice that Aldo left hook (which landed while he was fallo my forward from having been starched) gave Conor a nice cut on the side of his right eye?
That’s one fight that I believe a lot of fans would’ve liked to have “had back.”
Lindland vs Bustamante.Conor vs Aldo?
Ronda vs Holm?
Jones vs Gane?
Silva vs Weidman ?
other ?
Wasnt a title fightMas v Askren
Nah, Aldo at least made an attempt to punch Conor.
What was Zingano thinking running at Rousey?
