The second one is definitely the most misunderstood and to me a perfect example of the ignorance and stupidity of the left. It was used as anti America propaganda while in reality it showed a vietcong captain van Lem who had changed into civilian clothing responsible for horrific murders of civilians opposed to the VC. He was not protected by the Geneva Convention.

IIRC the photographer and the officer shooting later became quite good friends

Trust me, you dont want to know what he does with his hands.

I can guess... and I am pretty sure its against common decency and the Geneva convention

You can say that all right, kind of stuff members of unit 731 considered to be too barbaric.

The guy being executed in the pic was a butcher, he killed a lot of families that day before being caught.

Yep I read about that. What a tragedy the us leaving Vietnam was back then. I have a Vietnamese friend who risked his life as a child on a small boat fleeing from communists. What he told about the atrocities the communists did to indigenous mountain people and believers was worse than a horror movie.

For all the stories I heard about that dude over the years, this is the first time I actually watched it.

Seems like a normal guy until you get to the Dakota Fanning pictures on his wall.

Three pages in and no goatse.

How can one forum change so much in just 20 years?
