Stood with him for 5 mins (of 7) and he couldn't toss me. I pulled half-guard and he almost Baseball Bat choked me out, but I survived. He almost passed with it as well. I got back to full guard with 30 seconds left and did lock up a Kimura, but time ran out.

All in all, it was a great #HelioFilter performance by me.

How many total matches? There are a lot of other people thay didn't have one match but could have showed up. You showed up and put yourself out there. There is victory in knowing you tried instead od sitting in the bleachers saying you probably could beat everyone in the tournament

I had one match this weekend, and I won. I tell myself this as well. I didn't just beat the one guy who showed up, I beat all the other guys who didn't.
