Moose: Sherdog can suck a Lollipop

Moose right now is top 5 at worst. Whoever claims otherwise lacks cerebral processing power. Rankings have always been subjected to shilling and all kinds of influences. Rankings reflect what some editor thinks, that's all. It has nothing to do with reflecting the facts objectively. Only the saltiest haters would put him lower than top 5. It's all good though. If we all agreed, this forum would suck ass.

Moose would beat Adesanya.
The same Mousasi who was finished by Uriah Hall, got steamrolled by Jacare, and got outstruck by Shlemenko? And Mousasi was in his prime in those fights, whereas he's clearly on the backend of his career now. Adesanya cruises to a very easy decision over any version of Mousasi. Don't be blinded by fandom.

He lost to Jacare in in 2014, he lost to hall in 2015. Those fights were 7, and 8 years ago. So no, not the same Gegard that lost to those fighters. I dont think that's too difficult to understand. Since the Jacare loss he is 14-2 with 9 finishes. Ad for the Shlemenko fight (5 years ago) he fought 13 of the 15 minutes with one eye completely closed. He ate a punch in the first 90 seconds that broke his orbital bone. He fought nearly the entire fight with one eye and still one.

How are we holding fights that are almost a decade old against a fighter today? People still bring of the Jardine fight (in todays scoring rounds 2 and 3 are both 10-8's and he wins that fight instead of a draw) and it was in 2011.

Gegard "the last Samurai" Mousasi.

Says he has 5 fights left, after that maybe one boxing fight and he's calling it a career. Then he wants to have some babies. Good for him.
Said he is retiring with Bellator and said he wants to box Anderson.

He was talking about the rankings. He said he's 9th on the rankings, and that he believes against anyone against 10, 8,7,6,5,4,3 he would be the favorite, the only fighter he wouldn't be the favorite against is Izzy and Whittaker so he believes at worse he is #3 and that the sherdog rankings are BS.
Honestly I agree with his opinion. If you are telling me Strickland Or Hermansson who are infront off Moose are gonna beat him, you are delusional

Got to addmit that when I saw the updated rankings and saw him on #9 my first thought was:

<KhabibBS>

Chose to go to the minors and is now whining because hesnot ranked up with the guys in the majors.. Cry some more. He knew he didn’t have it and ducked out. Just like all the minors (kicked to the curb) now trying to pretend they are making more money than “most” UFC champs.

You bailed from the top. You weren’t even kicked to the curb is my understanding. So quit whining. Enjoy your career in obscurity.
why do people say this? he left the ufc on a 5 fight win streak and said the reason was due to being passed up for a title shot. he made a great point at the time too saying "you have michael bisping, and robert whittaker, i would be the favorite against both of those guys" he wasnt lying.

Been saying it for years, the MMA rankings are a disaster.

Washed Tony Ferguson is STILL ranked #6 in the deepest division ffs

Moose would beat Adesanya.
moose is great but i'm not sure how anyone could be confident about this. moose hasn't had many measuring stick fights in years and has had some lackluster fights / performances. he seems to be declining.
