News Monster Inoue vs Ye Joom Kim - January 24th Japan

I've heard from a trainer under the No Limit banner that they reckon he's getting $400k USD for this or thereabouts, it's not enough imo
SMH. I'd ask for $1 million minimum to fight Inoue if I didn't have a snowball's chance in hell like this guy. When you're this outgunned and overmatched you might as well look to cash out. He may not even be the same fighter afterward.

Inoue fights D, E, F class of boxers in last time.
It's time for Inoue vs Bam on autumn.
Dream fight for 2025.

Nobody is in his league. He needs to set up multi card events at this stage.

Glory to Inoue, the greatest of our times !

These are the legends who keeps the sport of boxing alive !

You're criticizing Inoue for fighting guys below his level so you want him to fight a guy several weight classes smaller? IMO he should go up in weight because there are no challenges for him anymore. MJ could give a him a fight but Inoue is the clear favorite.

A 3kg difference isn't a big deal to cause panic. Inoue was a former super flyweight anyway, and Bam could have a setup fight before that fight... It would definitely be Inoue's biggest test. It would definitely be Inoue's biggest test.

He's not going back down in weight at this point in his career. He said he wants to move up to Featherweight by the end of the year but give his body time to fill out and defend his belts at Super Bantam first. Realistically the only guys left at Super Bantam are Goodman, MJ and maybe Picasso who's still very young and lacking in signature wins. Maybe eventually Junto Nakatani can move up and do a superfight in Japan vs Noaya before Naoya retires.

At Featherweight guys like Figueroa or Rafael Espinosa are good fights. I think Featherweight is as far as Inoue goes, Inoue does not have a frame to fill out and while he's fast and powerful the more he moves up, the less power he's got. If Inoue unifies FW he's gonna go down as a GOAT.

Bam expressed his desire to fight Inoue, but he said it was too early for that. Inoue would also agree to it in super bantamweight, maybe it will happen sooner than we think.

I don't know. Bam ducked Natakani so I don't know if he'll eager to fight an even bigger killer. 3kg is a lot when you weight less than 60kg. Not saying I wouldn't want to see it, but I'm afraid the weight difference would undermine how much of a challenge Bam would pose Inoue.

been watching some highlights of Goodman to familiarize myself with him
he kind of reminds me of Jason Moloney with how he fights
he's reasonably slick but doesnt seem to have a lot of pop in his punches

cant really see this going any other way than Inoue by KO. maybe Goodman will be slick enough to survive a decision, but i dunno

Good on you actually taking the time to scout, but to be honest follow your gut, Goodman won’t be slick enough to not get punched all fight, and that’s how good he’d have to be to not have his gameplan instantly thrown out the window like the rest of the no hopers Inoue squashed as soon as they realized Inoue’s power was THAT dangerous and that Inoue was THAT much more technical than them.

It might be a minute before hardcores get their Inoue signature moment where he is truly tested, or has a real chance to lose. Unlike some fighters, I don’t fault Inoue for this. He’s taking everyone on who will fight him, he’s no coward, just gifted beyond his generation and simply won’t have a worthy peer the way it looks.
