Trying an experiment with eating earlier meals today.

  • Shake
  • 6oz beef and a bit of spinach 10:25
  • 12:30- shake
  • 2:30 -beef and spinach
  • 5:00- maybe a yogurt, depends on my hunger
  • 8:30 -Cottage Cheese
 
No yogurt.

Currently weighing in at 2.5 lbs more than morning weight, this conceivably means I could be 217, that would be NICE.

Also skipping my cheat meal on Sunday instead maybe a minor shake with whole milk or shake with a piece of five cheese garlic bread. 50 grams post work out at max. 28 pre workout max. Instead of 198 grams post.

No a double post. I was and am still debating trying to eat 6 burger king doubles though on sunday. That would be 1.5 pounds of beef according to the commercials.

According to there website 6 with only 2 buns used breaks down to this:

* 540mg cholesterol

* 160g protein

After reviewing the info I am not really going to eat 6 maybe 4 though.

Did not stay strict yesterday only calorie wise. Ate a bunch of stuff.

Egg beaters with cheese, beef and spinach, salad with parm cheese and italian dressing, shake, cottage cheese I think thats all.
 
Todays eating (minor cheat, still avoiding carbs)

  • 2 pieces anabolic cheesecake
  • Shake
  • Filet mignion with about less than a half cup rice and some bean sprouts with a house salad
  • 2 BK 1/4 lb doubles using only one bottom bun total
  • cheese cubes
  • sante fe chicken salad
  • A taste of my anabolic cheese cake YUM!
  • slice of said cheesecake
  • cottage cheese

Going to a japanese steakhouse for the first time ever today for my father n laws birthday. No idea what they have there or what to get.

Never had bean sprouts in my life. They were fucking awesome as was the steak. I must return ASAP, and get a double order of steak and beans no rice. YUM!

Today's eating:
  • Wisconsin scrambler (eggs lots of cheese, cream cheese), 1.33333 multi grain english muffins, tatoe squares with cheese and sour cream
  • Anabolic cheese cake x 3 pieces, 2 early morning 1 Post Wo
  • Shake
  • Cheddars: 11oz steak, double broccoli , loaded Cheese fries, salad FUCKING YUM!

I fully expect to be 220-222 tomorrow man I hope not. Skipping carb up on sunday due to this massive eating. Plan to eat 2 Beef tamales Post Wo.
