2 meals today really:
- 9 omega 3 eggs, 1 and 1/2 cups of cheddar, 2 TBSP cream cheese, 3 slices wheat toast
- 7-10oz steak (this does not include weight of fat I did not eat), 1/3 pound burger (post cooking weight) on bun, chips and colby cheese sandwich, 1.5 cups of stouffers mac n cheese, handful of cheese and sour cream flavor chips
- carb smart ice cream bar
- later I will eat 1.5 cups of cottage cheese
