MMA overtaken Boxing 100%

@Regal Boy one more time: create a thread.

it doesnt trigger me, sorry.

even esports is bigger than all combat sports: viewer wise & money wise.

Panicky woman?

Denying reality doesn't change anything. Boxing is not as popular as MMA in the current year, although both are very popular and will only grow.

Canelo gets 30m viewers in Mexico alone for his fights. You think Conor was pulling 30m in Ireland where theres only 4.8m that live there?
It would take half of the United Kingdom to watch for Conor to pull those numbers and we all know that didnt fuckin happen.

You lose, and you can keep panicking and try to lie your way through.

I've already posted the actual evidence on the matter, all you have are "what ifs" and "do you think that"...

That does not work against the actual data, moron. Keep panicking and denying reality though.

@Regal Boy create a thread :) i bet most sherdoggers dont even know that MMA is the 3. biggest sport in the world.

That wasnt data.

Imagine being the type of casual who tries to have a dick measuring contest with other combat sports instead of appreciating them all

I'm not going to continue to argue with people who deny linked data on the topic.

It makes no difference either way. I have no idea why you'd try to shit on a popular and exiting, and I REALLY don't understand why you'd make an account on an internet forum dedicated to that sport just to shit on it. Either way, MMA has over half a billion fans globally, it will continue to get more popular and generate more and more revenue, and you can't do anything about it.

Have a good weekend.

@Regal Boy so you hate your sherbros? create a thread please.

most sherbros dont even know that MMA is the 3. biggest sport in the world.

<DCrying>... 5 seconds max.

This is not indicative of viewership you utter moron lmfao.
Forbes already explains the research in the article. MMA has over half a billion fans globally and more people watch it globally than things like tennis or the NFL.

I will ask you one last time and if you don't answer it I won't reply anymore: Why does it trigger you so hard that MMA is a very popular sport across the world?

Sorry, but I found a far more comprehensive study that says otherwise. All the Forbe's article says is that supposedly 450 million people indicated an interest in MMA. And it gives no evidence of this. The study I posted is much more comprehensive in its facts & far more accurate in its ranking of where MMA stands worldwide. Yes, It's growing in popularity but stating that it's the third most popular sport globally is just ridiculous. It's flat out wrong & I'll bet you can find no other source that says MMA is #3.

You create a thread if you want it so much you stupid fucking loser lmao
450m fans worldwide? Why arent they doing stadium fights with 90,000 in attendance, like Froch-Groves and Klitschko-Joshua if they have so many fans?
Moron.

According to the first poll I pulled up, Cricket is actually the 3rd most popular sport in the world.
Boxing came in at #8 while MMA was like #13.

@sweetviolenturg every sport grows but they allso lose popularity.

MMA was popular as fuck in japan, but JMMA is pretty much ded. boxing, kickboxing and jundo are million times bigger. Boxing was the biggest (or one of the?) in the states ...

BJJ even lost popularity in brazil.

Soccer on the other hand ...

Boxing is big in Japan.
If Im correct Japan has the 3rd most titles in boxing history. USA and Mexico are numbers #1 and #2

Boxer are free to fight in the ufc using their whole skillset, people aren't dumb they understand that the baddest best fighters are in the cage and that boxing is limited. Before in the 80s 90s people saw boxers and shaolin monks as the best fighters in the world

Someone has forgotten about mercer koing sylvia...
