Watching the cards on mute has greatly increased my attention and enjoyment of MMA.
The issues are way past the commentary at this point imo.Watching the cards on mute has greatly increased my attention and enjoyment of MMA.
I think the same as well, years ago I never missed a card . I will always try to watch the big fights but even the free cards become back ground noise on the weekend .I have to agree, I'm not sure if its UFC fatigue or what but I’m not as excited as I used to be.
it's just a sign of that you're getting older and have ingested a lot of the product over the years. If you were at the age you just started watching mma or around the age of the golden age, whatever you considered the golden age, You'd probably love it still. All the guys you grew accustom to watching aren't here and more of the issues are on the surface, imo.Last few months have kind of been trash...
Frauds becoming champions,
Broke fighters catching cases over money,
Canceled fights,
Boring fights,
Bad cards,
Uninspiring efforts,
I'm a little burnt out dawg
Anyone with Me?

Same.
Cards don't feel exciting anymore. Skipped KZ vs Ige and was mostly on my phone bullshitting on here for this past weekends card. I haven't given it enough thought yet to really put my finger on it, but the magic just isn't there. What definitely stands out to me is guys avoiding each other.
