MMA fighter you think you could beat?

Lmao 115lbs sure is a hard no. But real shit I worked retail with a smaller guy who started training in an mma gym a year earlier, and was training with a nameless wmma contender about to fight for the UFC belt and they were sparring and he was just outstriking her too much even light sparring. He was fighting in her same weight class.
Good thing this thread is about boxers and not a sport that allows you to take someone down if they're better at striking.

Funny enough this girl's striking was her strong suite, I'm not here to fighter shame though, just letting people know how low level WMMA really is

Sure he did

Being an A level athlete, I'd need 6 months at an MMA gym but I could clear out the WW division. I wrestled in 4th grade.

Any able male with athleticism should. Not everyone has your lack of test levels and delusion.
An average untrained man would not stand a chance against anyone on the UFC roster, male or female.

You can choose to believe whatever nonsense makes you feel like a real man. You don't even watch MMA, let alone understand it.

Any proper sherdogger would run through the HW division, and we’re too big for those small guy weight classes.

I agree with 1st sentence. But there are a bunch here that aren't untrained and average, the girls wouldn't be a threat. FLW dudes, different story. They are fast and furious.

I watched Sat night, liked the Ige, Reyes, Silva, Pimblet and portions of Volk fight. The rest were kinda random check in looks.

Now, probably none - maybe some of the low level women - but I'm old, out of shape, haven't trained much in the past 4 yrs.

So it's safe to say 99.9% of the roster would kick my ass.

That's because it's obviously true.

Trained fighters, sure. Random Internet tough guys? Lol no. The second you think a trained fighter of any size isn't a threat is the first huge mistake you made.

A serious straw weight can do real damage with their strikes and are a lot stronger than you think they are. And they won't get tired.

Congratulations, you aren't completely delusional. You just have a gender-based mental block.

I don't believe you.

Men and women are very different physically, especially upper body strength.

Random 15 year old boys teams routinely outclass top 5 women's national teams in soccer.

All in all, his story is believable.
Yeah, and how do you think a random guy would do playing soccer against those boys? Gonna score a lot of goals, are they?

You think a team of random kinda athletic guys could beat the national women's team at soccer?

Or a random guy playing tennis against a female pro?

It's only believable if you are gullible.

I would do well against a handful. Especially if I could pick on the lighter weight classes lol. I haven’t fought in a long time but I still train 6x a week with high level pros. I’m sure id be aight against the lower level guys.
How is it you manage to train 6x a week and why if you arent intended on fighting? I am just curious because that seems excessive if you are basically retired esepcially if training with pros. Unless you mean mainly Jiu Jitsu rolling.

This isn't true. It depends on the size and strength of the untrained man. Lets not be silly that martial arts gives someone superpowers. As Rorion Gracie once said "a woman with any amount of training, is going to have a hard time against a man".
Same for huge guys against small flyweight men, untrained would be at disadvantage still but you cant dismiss raw strength and weight.
