you should try hanging from a bar for 30 minutes a day, in short sets throughout the day.I'm currently working on correcting my posture by lifting, stretching, having massages, generally being more conscious of it etc.
Who in the MMA world has the best posture?
I always found Stephen Thompson to stand well and straight.
Any others?
Also things like face pulls and other exercises which focus on external rotation of the shoulders are extremely helpful in combination with hanging and other stretches.
Rounding it out with deadlifts, kettlebells and other posterior chain exercises
