Hulk Hogan Dead at 71

Peace Brother.

The Hulkster would have armbarred his way through UFC 1 if Rorion had had the guts to invite him

I just don’t see how athletic commissions could allow A+ level athletes to compete with karate slobs..

Look at hulk here. Most UFC HW’s can’t spin 360 degrees without falling down and having to get to their hands and knees to get back up

It's really a shame he didn't get to experience this wonderful new direction of the country that he campaigned for. Oh well.

Even during my heyday of being a wrestling fan I was never that into Hogan to be honest, but obviously a proper icon.

I'll save the "good guy" moniker for guys who aren't raging racists. But you do you.
Yeah, I agree that wasn’t a good look. That said, I don’t wish death upon anyone. As I’ve grown up, I’ve learned there are so many people that think like him but won’t say it, especially in combat sports. He’s from a time where it was normal too. Even if a person doesn’t like me personally, I still think it’s possible to look at them from a place of objectivity and say “you know absent of me and what I’ve got going on, they’re still a pretty decent human being.” I feel that way about Hulk Hogan. But that’s just me.

Guy simply said that his daughter dating a black guy didnt sit well with him.. and apparently thats enough to encourage ppl to not mourn a guys death.. riiiiiiiiiiight
who are the real bad people in this equation? durrr

The Hulkster was not only a great wrestler but also awesome at statistics, nothing wrong with that and the fact that he only wanted the best for his daugther!

Never liked Hogan as a Pro Wrassler. The more I learned about him as a person behind the scenes the more I knew there was nothing to like. He screwed a lot of people over out of petty insecurity.

nah, it's what they rightfully call "backstage politics": it's part of the job and Hogan was pointed out because he used to be the best at it but he was the best not because he was the worst person there but because he used to have the biggest leverage due to his status as THE superstar.
To be the best in that field you have to steal the lights from everyone else or someone'll do it to you: every wrestler that had some success screwed someone else on their way.
