Why do the Dodgers have relievers who can't throw strikes and why should the manager keep putting them in live games to work through it instead of doing that in bullpen sessions?

Game tied, bases loaded, two outs and they don't pinch hit for Conforto. Even the pregame/postgame commentary guys are saying you can't keep someone like Conforto on any playoff roster.

I feel like all the rough tough ugly teams would make this current Dodgers team tap to strikes. Hairston made a good point pointing out all the teams facing the Dodgers are bringing their A game. I'm guessing the Padres will wipe the floor with the Dodgers in a few days.

this team has been underperforming all year and Friedman sat on his ass and did nothing at the trade deadline. I don’t see them turning it around with the players they have now. Glassnow and Snell will probably get injured again soon.
