I've always hated the Dodgers, pulling that shit/being able to defer Ohtani's contract until 2034 just made that feeling deeper.

No big deal just the Dodgers proving that they were sleep walking through the regular season at times and can turn it up when it matters.
 
Roberts almost fucked this up. Not sure why he didn’t let glasnow pitch deeper. And if you’re going to let sasaki pitch 3 innings then why didn’t he get the 7th.

Yeah that was bad he had plenty of time to go to first even the catcher was pointing to first ,. He had two outs not sure wtf he was thinking …
 
That was a play the Yankees would of made in last years World Series when they were playing like little leaguers

I can only imagine that he thought there was 1 out. I'm sure the Philly fans will be very forgiving...LOL.

That poor bastard. At least it didn't happen in Philly. That's the only silver lining I can find for the guy.

He wasn't thinking about outs. He bobbled the ball and panicked. Pressure does that.
 
Dodgers have been playing like ass for at least half the season that I didn’t actually think they would make it this far. Lmao. May actually pull this off again.

Nah, he went home instead of 1st in a bases loaded situation. He made a choice. Panic or not, the only reason you do that is because you think you have to force out the runner at home to prevent a loss. These guys are pros. They do routine shit like that in their sleep. They know where to go if they know the situation. Now, it's possible the panic made him forget how many outs there were, but he certainly forgot how many outs there were. He had plenty of time to go to 1st.
