I used to wonder about the same thing. But my theory is that something like 40% of people have no introspective thought whatsoever. Have never had it

Those of us who discuss this stuff on the internet for the most part probably do. But we have to go out of are way to reach others that do have extended thoughts, right or left

Anyways, from my perspective a good portion of the population are essentially husks who run off of whatever data is given to them, and will never strive far to question anything because they simply aren't wired to even try to
