I'm fine with a cognitive abilities test for everyone over 65. If you're running for President and you call your Vice President "President-Elect" prior to inauguration, "President" after, and even call her "First Lady Harris" we might be well past the time when a cognitive test should have been administered.

I'm obviously referring to Biden and his mental faculties but I truly think they all should be administered tests with the results being open to FOIA requests and all other medical info remaining protected.
