Which means that almost half of all Vets are black. Per capita, black folk have more trained people in their communities then white people do.

To be fair, when I talk about rioting thugs, I'm talking about the thugs in the videos that are burning cities to the ground, not black veterans.

That's fair enough, but I feel like you would be better off calling those rioting folks, lazy and entitled twats, that refuse to organize locally, and instead justify their actions with their Feelz, as opposed to using a racially charged term such as thugs.
