This is more or less a GPP resistance program for beginners (much like Carnal's routine) to build a foundation for more intense and sport specific programs . T-Mag writer Mike Robertson contributed this originally to Rugged magazine.

umm... well it's a good article I think, but what does this have to do with fellating carnal's ego?
 
To get people in not out. its a good marketing strategy.

It's a "complement" to Carnal, not a "compliment" to Carnal. I just meant that this program is another testament to simplicity that complements Carnal's treatise on the subject.

Now that you point it out, that title is confusing as fuck, I'm changing it.
