Pat Miletich has like 5 DUI's at this point and he never got treated like this, so you got a point.
 
High-key people who get DUI's should be banned from driving for life.

This is maybe true for some people but not everyone. Drugs and alcohol can fundamentally change and alter your personality and behavior, almost like a different person entirely. Same thing with prescription and mood altering drugs.
 
We know he didn't type that but the language is super Innocuous. The reason he got arrested is not

Honestly, I believe the only reason he was initially pulled over is because he was driving while black.

Suspected driving after drinking alcohol or using drugs. There is a BS automatic assignment of guilt if you refuse to do "standard field sobriety tests" (better known as stupid human tricks) that include difficult one-leg balancing acts, walking in a stupid and ridiculous manner, etc. while following quickly spouted directions.

Lawsuits now abound from this "legal" practice of Any "TRAINED EXPERT" saying "in my opinion" the driver was impaired from alcohol or drugs Regardless that NO legal or illegal substances were detected in breath and/or blood tests.

In one of the lawsuits, a guy lost his trucking job, causing him to lose his home because he was found guilty because "The officer smelled no alcohol, no traffic laws were broken, but with his "training" he "believed" the driver was impaired - had abnormal eye movements, talked slurred, too fast/slow, looked overly nervous, wouldn't look directly into my eyes, whatever reason they regurgitate in court...

BOOM, Guilty. Next Case. :(​
 
I went to bed the other night already thinking Mike Perry was a joke.

Then I woke up and found it was confirmed.
