I'm assuming he actually got his black from Leo Dalla, I don't think Lloyd is a third degree BB himself yet. Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Jeff Glover is awesome and should be a BB. I guess when he does get one he will be overqualified, which I guess is better than being promoted like Belfort or something.
