I don't get your response. You're acting like it's crazy to say guys that weigh over 100 lbs. more than MM, while being relatively athletic, and just skilled enough themselves, couldn't pin him up against the cage, and just wack the living daylights out of the tiny MM.

I don't give him much chance against Ken, but I wouldn't be surprised if he could beat Dan, or Kimo. But I give him more of a chance against Dan, then Kimo. Kimo was not only bigger, but he was pretty athletic, and skilled enough to be able to batter MM.
 
I wish he was in UFC 1. That way, we'd never have to hear of him or his division again.

Ohm, you're saying they would kill MM. I get it now. Yeah, I generally agree. I thought you were calling me crazy for saying they'd beat him. Look, I actually do think he could beat Dan, if he was on his absolute A game, and minding his Ps and Qs, and think he could possibly outlast Kimo from the old school UFC days. Remember, Royce was 180, soaking wet, and that's including his GI, and all that. MM would probably come in at 150ish, tops, 160. I could see him tiring out Kimo with pot shots, and surviving on the ground like Royce, except MM is the way better wrestler, and I could see him using his technique, and speed to take his back real quick, and slap on a rear naked, or even get a really quick arm bar, or triangle.

I'd be wear of the triangle, because that's slam city, if he's not careful.

Yes, because you know, MM is supremely skilled, and BJJ has come such a lonjg long way since Kimo's days of implementing BJJ in MMA. And not to mention, Kimo can't even pace himself, or fight with a rhythm. It's just pure bull rush. I could definitely see MM surviving a bull rush, tiring out Kimo, and securing a sub, or just scrambling all over him, tiring him out, and getting the fight to the feet, and just hitting him all over the place, and Kimo gives up from the beating.
 
Anyone that thinks mighty mouse would have beaten Ken Shamrock at UFC 1 is out of their goddamn mind.
 
Darren Elkins would be a better choice. He'd make it into a war.

The only way that Mighty Mouse loses in UFC one if is someone is fully committed to ball strikes.

And even with Severn, I think MM would have to be absolutely on his Ps and Qs. On the other hand, I could see MM just zig zag, and use his absurd quickness to completely stay away from his shots, and just tag him over, and over like how Floyd did to the Big Show lol.

MM is hinging on that way too small to overcome size, and less skilled opponents, territory.

I think you've read this wrong. I was responding to someone who suggested INSTEAD of MM put Jon Jones in there.

I'd already said in an earlier post that apart from Art Jimmerson I think MM gets destroyed by the other UFC 1 entrants.

Might not be the popular opinion, but if the 170lb weak dude who only knew BJJ won UFC 1, then Mighty Mouse would win it even easier. He'd only be 30 lbs lighter, but have much better striking, wrestling, stamina, fight IQ, and grappling (last one is debatable). The only thing he mighty lack is toughness, as Royce was a tough SOB who could take punishment. I can see MM winning the first few UFCs.

Also, how would Cyborg do? I can honestly see Cyborg beating most of the early UFC bums. Her biggest fights would be Gordeau and Shamrock. I see Shamrock winning but I wouldn't be surprised if Cyborg beat 1993 Shamrock.

If MM takes Royce's place he would face Art Jimmerson in the first round and finish him, either by sub or TKO. Then he would face Ken Shamrock, and will get grounded and pounded into the canvas.Then Shamrock would face Gerard Gordeau in the finals, and finish him by heel hook.

Ken would be UFC 1 champ.
