I never understood how MMA guru ever became popular because he's certainly not witty or charismatic, so I assumed it was because of racism/homophobia/etc.. Strange to see a backlash to it.

Mouse should have known before that's what he was getting into bed with. If he's distancing himself now, it's not because it was revelation to him to stay away from something so toxic and he's doing the right thing to leave, it's only because of the backlash for attaching himself to toxicity and he's doing the safe thing for his brand.

Yea DJ really made a joke of himself with the youtube stuff even before this. You could tell he started making outrageous claims just to get views. At the same time he has a family to take care of so if he needs the money then more power to him.

Not surprising lol. MMAGuru just could not help himself. I actually liked MMs show with MMAGuru. MM is a very respectful person so you won't see him bashing other fighters on his YT channel but Guru was willing to touch those topics which made the show format more interesting. Even as a not very politically correct person I thought he went a bit over the top with his meltdowns and bitterness whenever Khamzat or Islam won.

His critical thinking and ability to analyze fights just went out the window due to his very strong bias.
