Trump running the investigation against him. Sounds logical.
I rest my case! Case closed.

He's that law-talkin' guy!

That is the most laughable thing on shartdog. I’ve literally not been wrong a single time on the russia investigation. In fact, I made a thread about trump being spied on a day before it broke on major news outlets.
Trump will walk.
The entire left and the national media outlets will look like fools.
I’ll be here like,

No, he will skate. Is the consensus around here that Trump will not "walk"?

The probe, he said, “played right into the Russians - if it was Russia - they played right into the Russians’ hands.”
Oh please. Lurching toward.Nobody knows really.
For me it's either Trump or the rule of law that will survive, it cannot be both.
Your country is lurching towards authoritarianism.
He's not getting impeached without something very very drastic occurring while the Dems are in charge. GOP won't ever do it under any circumstances unless they are forced to, and their constituents would never ever do that imo. How many Presidents have we ever removed from office? There's the answer. He won't be the first, barring a terribly egregious and ironclad scandal with dems in control of the Senate. That's not to say his cohorts won't continue to suffer/go to jail, and I wouldn't be shocked if he ended up in front of congress, but he ain't going anywhere as things stand now. Even if impeachment proceeding are somehow actually started, a GOP Senate will not convict. Is the consensus around here that Trump will not "walk"?
This is so fucking bizarre...its like reality TV for Trump
I think he will be impeached if it is proven that he laundered Russian oligarch money combined with quid pro quo from the Magnitsky Act stuff. That's concrete and even this legislature won't stand for that. He's not getting impeached without something very very drastic occurring while the Dems are in charge. I think the most likely scenario is Trump starts issuing pardons on people close to him (Paulie and Donny Jr) and then Congress wakes up.
AV bet that Trump doesn't pardon Don Jr.
I gave example of what could happen based on what we know, I don't know what's going to happen and I'm not going to feign certainty like you.
Unfair wording, Mueller can't indict Trump because Trump is President. You should change that to "Mueller won't recommend impeaching Trump for any charge"
