I checked the USADA DB this week.
Conor has still not been tested in other words he is not in the testing pool.

Either they are not going to fight or UFC is letting Conor roid to try and give him an advantage. I can see them come of with some dumb excuse to let him fight untested.

That's a bit disingenuous. Particularly for Poirier, who has like 25 UFC fights & fought fucking everyone to get where he is. I'm not even a big fan of DP because for reason he rubs me the wrong way at times, but he's paid all his dues.

Maybe Arman should take note. Stay active, finish fights, & create your legacy instead of relying on the bigger names to throw down the ladder & do it for him.

You don't get to keep high ranking based on some sort of legacy, though. That's not how rankings are supposed to work. He's probably more irritated by Poirier sitting at the top of the rankings despite only fighting like Conor and Gaethje/Chandler. Poirier has definitely earned the right to just pick big money fights and not have to fight any contenders, but he can't just keep his high ranking without fighting contenders, especially after multiple failed title fights.

DP has fought fucking everyone the UFC has put in front of him for a decade gtfoh Arman. Win your fights, finish your opponents and stay active. I like Arman but I don’t think he wins against any of the 3 he mentions tbh except if he gasses Chandler out or it’s a 5 round fight. His best win was 12 years ago against Eddie. He has wins over Benson and Tony but they were clearly past their primes and that Benson win was almost 7 years ago, well and a rematch against even more washed up Benson like three years ago.

His next best win is Dan Hooker. This guy is 4-4 last four years, best win being Dan Hooker.

This guy literally got destroyed in his absolute prime against Will Brooks twice, fought subpar competition almost for the entirety of his career, got ktfo against a featherweight, gets a couple easy fights, then gets Dan Hooker and proceeds to get the big name after big name and loses to everyone but walking corpse in Tony and Ferg wasn't looking bad either before that kick.

I'm not sure who wins that fight, but if he gets a titleshot, that would be most undeserved titleshot of all time out of many terrible titleshots that came before.

Is Do Bronx supposed to be the featherweight you're referring to? Because featherweight goes up to 155, right?

For anyone who didn’t read the full story, Chandler specifically said multiple times in that same interview that he wouldn’t necessarily deserve a title shot, but given the way the UFC does business, he wouldn’t be surprised to be given one.

I’ve always appreciated Chandler’s humility and wish MMAF wouldn’t reset the narrative like this.

Context matters. Only person to finish Hooker quickly with punches and to this day, the only man to fully slump El-Cucuy.
