If he wasn't from a country ufc has interest in growing he wouldn't have been top 10 all those yrs. If he was it would've been consistently at #10

I know the rhetoric.. just disagree... He should have beat Rashad... who two fights later was the UFC LHW champ... He beat everyone else other than look at this list... Dan Henderson(top 3 greatest LHW and MW fighters of all time?, Wanderlei Silva (weird fight), Chael Sonnen(many scored it for Bisping) , Vitor Belfort (TRTitor), Prime Luke Rockhold about to get the belt, and GSP when he was blind... besides I am not even calling Bisping some kind of all time great... I argued with the guy that called him "only an above average fighter"... hell I have had a 3 and 1 amateur record over a decade ago... I am an above average fighter... wtf does that mean.

Anderson did fall off... he landed that knee because Bisping acted stupid. Bisping won the fight quite clearly. People forget he knocked Anderson down as well.

Mad respect for both guys in that fight. Anderson was obviously past his prime but still showed glimpses of the greatness that had made him such a force for so many years, while Bisping showed tremendous heart and determination to get up from basically being KOd or the end of the round and win the next one.

It was basically at the bell, Anderson maybe had a second after the knee but didn’t follow up and the round ended so it definitely wasn’t an illegal strike. The fight could have been called from it considering the condition Bisping was in even though the round was over but it wasn’t and then he came out and won the next round. It was pretty crazy to watch.

Bisping was always a bad matchup for silva.

Broken rhythm boxing with heavy feints. Silva was slipping by the time they fought, but against a counter striker like Anderson, bisping had the style to give him his hardest fight.

He had Anderson biting on all the feints, so started busting him up throughout.

Watch it again. Anderson was waiting for his moments. He ate a ton of shots and was rocked but never truly in danger. He baited and waited. He caught Bisping off guard here but he also landed a beautiful front kick to the face.

After the fight Bisping was a mess and Silva had minor bruises. Sure, Bisping got blindsided but you're a fool if you don't think Silva would have landed something great regardless. His resume and highlights speak for themselves. You're an obvious hater

Man, had Silva landed a couple follow up shots instead of walking away..... Frustrating.

IIRC correctly the round got over as Silva connected knee and hence he didnt follow-up. Silva is not that stupid to not know the ref didnt stop the fight he just wanted to win so he acted like he did. Bisping got up,Bisping came out of his corner for next round and this is why he didnt lose.

Didn't Bisping win the following rounds? Which basically means Dean took the right decision.

And to all these "following shots" advocators, the bell rang. He couldn't do the following shots. Silva was tentative all night and the only reason he finally attempted something that could put him at risk was because 1. Bisping was looking at his mouthpiece and 2. It was the very end of the round.
