Sorry if you stated this earlier, but what were the main differences that you liked?

I wonder what gloves offer best thumb protection while also allowing me to do a natural fist?

I have now injured my right hand thumb in a row with my Fairtex gloves and if there is a glove that would protect the thumb better i would definetely look into it.

I am unsure what thumb protection do you actually expect. Imo the best protection is the most natural and safe position.
The most natural thumb position and fist is probably in Winning gloves.

If you look at page 9, Campeons and Boxeo both use goat leather, which is more spongy as opposed to cow leather gloves. Zepols just felt too loose for me and I prefered a more tighter profile for my small wrists.

I would like to think there are differences between the manufacturers of gloves and therefor the padding could also be different.

Does all gloves have the same padding and same amount of it around the thumb?
Especially in the area where my thumb starts from the backside of my hand.

Does anyone know what size these appear to be from looking at the style of the glove and...just as an estimate?: Also, I thought the consensus was Reyes lace ups = much better than velcro strap?

I would say 14 oz.
Yes, it is a consensus, though personally I do not think velcro Reyes are bad, especially comparing to the other brands velcro gloves (not lace ups).

Yea they definitely look like 14s. Hopping on the shihtzu is correct bandwagon right now

I actually thought they were the E610 (10 oz) versions to be honest...but wasn't sure...there is a 14oz extra padded version that looks similar in shape. Maybe i'll go compare the cuff length on online photos

I don't think these are the extra padded versions. The velcro strap direction for the extra padded versions closes inward while the normal velcro closes outward. But that is only based on the stock photos.

^ Yeah I c/s with my double

Also...I just realized...some the Zepol logos on their gloves is upside down...the text. I just noticed when looking at Reyes and JC pacheco glove pics in this thread that zepol's logo is oriented 180 degrees so that the wearer can't read the text holding the gloves upright lol..

Maybe the pictures being taken are mirror imaged or something...it's just something weird i noticed in some gloves but not others:

:D weird.

I think the zepol's are like that as juan said that one is made by the father and one is made by the son, I could be wrong but there is a variation in the zepols because of the logo but i dont know the specifics of the differences.

If your read the comments on the video juan points out that those are the zepol's made by the son that is why the quality is not as great.

The Yellow ones were made by Zepol

Yeah i know the yellow ones are the crap quality ones the guy's son makes...maybe as you said the logo being upside down (or right side up in this case...which is odd) is an indication of the fake/poor quality and the real is the latter ones.

It can't be a mirror image either because I tried to flip the 2nd image horizontally, vertically, rotate it around...and couldn't get the logo upright...so yeah it appears maybe this is one of those "this is the real thing" type of things...either that or i don't understand the concept of a mirror very well...it's actually more complicated than i though because I remember some story books I read as a kid where you couldn't read the words by rotating stuff...you'd have to actually locate a mirror...I'm going to put my computer screen up to a mirror later today just as a final check.

edit* tech beat me to it i guess <.< lol
