Not everyone checks BJJ fora; however, everyone or nearly every one performs internet search engine queries on companies they deal with. Yelp usually shows up pretty high on searches. Here is the link for their listing: http://www.yelp.com/biz/metamoris-international-inc-torrance

In addition, there are other ways for testimonials of your experiences to show up on internet search engines. Google/Alphabet has a review site if I am not mistaken. Let their potential customers know of their level of customer service.

I still think the best number 1 option is filing a complaint with the CA attorney general. If they got even twenty complaints about the same company it would be a big deal for them.
