We're busting his balls. It's what happens when you post a picture on Sherdog. It's like an e-brofist, when I take your face and replace it with someone else's face. Even when the handsomest devil south of the Mississippi posted a picture on here with Urijah Faber, we found a way to turn it into a 60-page shoop thread.

Nobody is "attacking" him, and anyone who is should just be ignored. TS isn't upset like you are. It's ok man.

Speaking of ball busting, South of the Mississippi is a big body of water...where no one except sea creatures live. That is unless you're talking about another continent. The actual expression is West of the Mississippi...

Rule #1 never post a pic of yourself with a fighter on Sherdog.

this is true. And I do do variations from time to time. But muscle growth isn't my primary goal, I have no interest in bodybuilding. More into powerlifting and functional strength while maximizing power. So actually I vary between 5x5 routines and 5,3,1 and variations.

I would much rather be like the olympic sprinter who can do fairly massive squats and deadlifts while being relatively thin than an out of proportion bodybuilder (no offense to the bodybuilders of the world). I just end up doing the dip/decline press routine a bit more frequently than the deadlifts as they don't tax the system as hard as deadlifts...

all good bro

Actually just the opposite. Large triceps make the biceps look bigger. the only upper body exercise I do consistently is weighted dips and I do a lot of them.

Lol, I think you are confused. Big tri's will make your arms look bigger as they are a bigger muscle than the Bi's. Training only your tri's so your bi's look bigger is stupid.

I don't think he's only training his triceps for the purpose of making his biceps look bigger, he stated that he does in fact train his triceps a lot and larger triceps make the biceps look bigger. Along the lines of you can't 'spot train' one area to get huge, you have to do a more overall training to get one area bigger.

But I'll let the OP speak for himself

You lucky bastard. Thanks for sharing.

....Just realized, are you doing the werdum 'troll face' intentionally?
