Met Might Mouse yesterday (PIC).

Jan 2014 startdate. Poor lad doesn't know the shitstrorm that is unleached as soon as one's picture is out there in the open.

Me and mah homies (even though I suspect this one was fake)

Good times.

PS, where are the shoops and animals-that-kinda-look-like TS pictures?

[Edit - ok, at least we have ONE shoop]

I don't know - 4 pages in and no one with photoshop skills have done a damn thing.

I'm not mad, I'm just extremely disappointed; people are supposed to be rewarded for their bravery. My Oompa Loompa metamorphosis in my Chris Weidman picture was worth it.

Yo forreal ts is like an older creepier white version of the kid:

Please tell me you didn't eat his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chi-an-ti.

interesting choice. might i suggest a more well rounded routine? must hate going to the gym for 10 minutes of work.

I do Deadlifts, Squats, Weighted Dips and variations on those exercises (e.g. lunges, decline presses etc.). Bench presses and military presses are hard on the shoulder and can aggravate some old bicipital tendonitis issues. I do a 5x5 program. I also do weighted pullups with neutral grip on occasion.

Try to keep my workouts under half hour as if you go longer it gets catabolic and I'm a hardgainer. Also went to school at UW for Physical Therapy so know a bit about this stuff...

Any suggestions?

TS is clearly not a Sherdogger.

He's not 6'4", not 250 (6%BF), no supermodel GF/wife.

We got trolled.

I'd be more likely to purchase a PPV if TS was defending that belt than MM. Just something about watching the tiny dudes...just can't get in to it.
Our brains are instinctively drawn to watch fights because it establishes the strongest male. If the people fighting are too small to be the strongest, then we naturally have less interest. We might enjoy the fight for other reasons, like the fighters skill or charisma, but that one major instinctive draw is not there.
